What a useful first release looks like
For a subscription product, the first release might let someone sign up, choose a plan, complete one valuable task and return to their saved work. A marketplace will have a different critical journey. We shape the release around your product, rather than a standard feature list.
The 4–12 week timeline depends on the agreed scope and the state of any existing prototype. Features that add cost without helping you validate the product go into a later phase. You can see and review the work as it develops.

How much does MVP development cost?
Our product development projects range from £15k to £50k. We agree the scope after understanding your product, integrations and any existing code. The range covers strategy, design and engineering.
Can you start with my existing prototype?
Yes. We review the user experience and code first, identify what is useful and propose the changes needed for a reliable first release. A complete rebuild is a decision to justify, not an assumption.
Can you build an MVP in four weeks?
A tightly scoped product can fit the shorter end of our 4–12 week range. Complex integrations, multiple user roles or significant changes to existing code can need more time. We confirm the schedule once the scope is clear.
What happens after the MVP launches?
Product development includes 30 days of bug fixing after launch. Further features, maintenance and ongoing support can be scoped separately as you learn from your first users.
