UX, UI & product design

Make the next stepfeel obvious.

A useful idea needs a clear experience. We turn rough screens and complicated workflows into product designs that help people understand what to do and get it done.

Design or design & build

More than a
polished screen.

A prototype often grows one screen at a time. As features are added, navigation, terminology and interactions can drift. We look at the entire journey so the product feels coherent from the first visit to everyday use.

We start with the tasks your users need to complete and the business outcome behind them. Research, existing feedback and a review of your current product help us decide what to simplify, what to keep and what needs a different approach.

What we can help with

UX review & research

A review of the current experience, user needs and relevant competitors to identify the most useful design changes.

Flows & information structure

Navigation, user journeys and wireframes that make the core task easier to find and complete.

Interface design

Responsive layouts, typography, components and interaction states that give the product a consistent visual language.

A design ready to build

Annotated screens and prototypes, with implementation considered throughout. We can carry the design directly into development.

Design for the parts people actually encounter

We consider the first-time experience as well as repeat use. Empty states, validation, loading, errors and confirmation messages are part of the design, because these moments often determine whether someone can finish a task.

For an existing product, we can focus on a specific journey such as onboarding or a busy dashboard. For a new application, we shape the initial experience alongside the technical scope. Accessibility and mobile use inform the work from the start.

How we move it forward

01

Understand the task

Review the product, users and evidence you already have. Identify the journey that matters most.

02

Explore & refine

Work through flows and visual directions, then refine the proposed experience with your feedback.

03

Prepare & implement

Document the agreed designs and carry them into a working product if development is included.

Let’s scope the right next step.

Full product development is £15k–£50k over 4–12 weeks and includes UX/UI and product build. A standalone design project is quoted against its own scope.

We build products, too.

Knowlith puts a help centre and support inside a product. We built it in-house, and use its widget on this website so you can talk to us without leaving the page.

Your questions, answered.

Can you redesign my existing prototype?

Yes. We review the current flows, identify points of friction and develop an improved experience. We can keep the parts that already work well.

Do you handle development as well as design?

Yes. We offer the full journey from research and product design to engineering, launch and ongoing support. Design can also be scoped as a separate engagement.

Will the product work on mobile?

We design responsive experiences around the devices and tasks relevant to your users, including mobile layouts and interaction states.

How do design revisions work?

We agree the review stages and revision scope before work starts. Our fixed-price product website package specifically includes two design revisions.
