Vibe coding rescue

Your prototype has potential.Let’s get it over the line.

Built an app with an AI coding tool and reached the point where progress has stalled? Our vibe coding rescue service helps turn the useful work you have already done into a product you can launch and maintain.

Keep the progress.
Resolve the blockers.

You can show someone the idea. But perhaps login is unreliable, payments only work in a test environment or the next feature keeps breaking something else. These are specific engineering problems that need investigation and a plan.

We work with prototypes created using tools such as Lovable, Replit, Bolt and AI coding assistants. We start with the actual application and code, then recommend what to keep, refactor or replace. The tool used to create it does not decide the answer.

What we can help with

An assessment of the existing app

Review the code, core workflows and known problems. Identify what can be reused and what is preventing a reliable release.

The missing product behaviour

Complete agreed flows such as onboarding, account access, saved data and payments, including error and edge states.

A clearer engineering foundation

Address the relevant data access, configuration, architecture and testing issues identified in the review.

A route to a live product

Prepare deployment, verify the agreed user journeys and document how to run and continue developing the application.

What does “production-ready” mean for your app?

A product needs to support real users doing real tasks, with the right access to their information. For a paid application, that includes the path from sign-up to payment and the behaviour when a payment or external service fails. For an internal tool, permissions and reliable data handling may be the main priorities.

We define the launch criteria around those requirements. Sometimes a short list of targeted changes is enough; sometimes the underlying design needs more work. We explain the trade-offs before committing to a build, and separate launch essentials from future features.

How we move it forward

01

Show us where you are

Share a description or demo and the problems you are hitting. Code access can follow once the review is scoped.

02

Get a practical plan

Review the application and agree which fixes, design changes and features are needed to launch.

03

Finish & release

Implement the agreed work, test the real workflows and prepare a maintainable production release.

Let’s scope the right next step.

Rescue work is priced against the changes needed. If the project requires a full product build, our product development range is £15k–£50k over 4–12 weeks.

We build products, too.

Serpstash brings search insights, competitor research and site audits into a single product. It is an example of how we turn detailed information into a useful, approachable application.

Your questions, answered.

What is vibe coding rescue?

It is hands-on engineering help for an application created with AI coding tools that needs review, fixes or further development before it can be used reliably. We assess the current app and plan the work needed to complete it.

Will you have to rebuild my whole app?

Not necessarily. We review the existing implementation and explain where reuse, refactoring or replacement makes sense. We do not promise a full rewrite or promise to avoid one before seeing the code.

Which AI tools can you work with?

We can assess applications made with Lovable, Replit, Bolt and AI coding assistants. The available source code, underlying stack and required integrations determine the work we can take on.

How much does it cost to finish an AI-built app?

It depends on the condition of the code and the remaining scope. We quote rescue work after a review. Full product development is £15k–£50k over 4–12 weeks when that level of build is needed.
